FAQ

WHERE DOES TOT WATCH RECRUIT SITTERS FROM?
Tot Watch tries to maintain a referral based program. Normally more than 75% of our sitters are all from referrals of current sitters or families that may no longer need their sitter.

WILL I HAVE THE SAME SITTER?
Yes, in fact you choose your sitter. That person will be your primary sitter for the time being that you need her and unless she is absent, you will always have her. Depending on how frequently you need a sitter, we do suggest that you meet with at least 2 sitters so that you have one your familiar with for back up care.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE SITTER A WEEK?
Of course! Some families like to split up their weekly schedule with two different sitters.

HOW AM I PAIRED WITH A SITTER FROM TOT WATCH?
Easy! It's your choice. You'll be emailed the list of profiles based on your location and child(s) age. Whoever you feel would be the best fit after interviewing, will then become your primary sitter. Families typically view 1-5 profiles depending on availability of sitters.

ARE THE SITTERS BACKGROUND CHECKED? CPR CERTIFIED?
Yes, ALL sitters are background checked through our agency. Parents will be sent a copy of the sitters background check to review and keep on file. Sitters are also ALL CPR CERTIFIED.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OF HOURS?
Yes, we require a minimum of 3 hours per booking.

IS THERE A CONTRACT THAT IS SIGNED ON HOW LONG WE HAVE TO USE SERVICES FROM TOT WATCH?
No, there is no contract. You won't be charged any additional fees for no longer using our services.
